- your social security number
- a current email address.

These simple hints will assist you in a successful enrollment.
For the security of our customers, after 3 failed attempts to enroll or log on, the account access will be automatically blocked for 24 hours.

Input your Name as it appears on your statement. Do not use punctuation such as hyphens ( - ) or apostrophes ( ‘ ).
CORRECT: Janet Anne OMalley Smith
WRONG: Janet A. O’Malley-Smith

The Social Security Number must match the one on your statement. Do not include spaces or dashes when entering your social.
CORRECT: 123456789
WRONG: 123-45-6789

Use any account number from your statement. The account number must be 10 digits including the leading zero(s). Do not include spaces or dashes when entering account number.
CORRECT: 0012345678
WRONG: 001-2345678

ID, Password, and security question answers are case sensitive, so either remember what you've capitalized or just do them all lower case.

The User ID is the name you choose to log on with. It is not private.
User ID needs to be at least 6 characters.
Do not include punctuation or spaces in User ID.

The password is private. Protect it.
The strongest password is a random collection of numbers and letters in caps and lower case.
To create one you can remember, build it with information you are familiar with. As an example:
91 (year you were married)
P (uppercase first letter of spouse's first name)
28 (your age when you married)
s (lowercase first letter of your first name)
RESULT: 91P28s

Password needs to be 6-16 characters.
Password must be a combination of letters and numbers.
Do not include punctuation or spaces in Password.
Password is case sensitive.

Once in the system, you will be able to:

View current account activity and history
on all your active accounts including loans, checking, IRA, line of credit, savings, certificates of deposit.

Make transfers between transactional
accounts with the same reporting social security number.

Make loan payments via transfer from
savings or checking to your New Buffalo Savings Bank loan.
