Where do you find your account numbers?
On your statement:Your 10-digit number is below the message bar, next to the words REPORTING TIN, above the date.Other places to find account numbers: On the front of your check, on your payment coupon, on a loan statement.

How do you set your
Personal Identification Number (PIN)?
Each time you access the system you will be asked to enter your entire social security number. Follow the prompts to enter a 4 digit PIN of your choice. You will use this PIN each time you access the system.
